Madeline Halloween costume cape is made with bright blue 100% cotton twill and a white peter pan collar. The cape closes at the front with a blue plastic snap. The front is adorned with a red grosgrain ribbon that can be tied into a bow.
The cape is 100% cotton, exclusive of collar and red tie trim. The white collar fabric was specifically selected so that the blue and red dyes from the other fabrics will not bleed onto the collar. Machine wash cold, tumble dry low.
