Shipping & Delivery

Every order at Flora & Fauna Kids is made by hand and made with care in our Richmond, Virginia studio. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your heirloom pieces.

Processing Times

• Ready-to-Ship: Items typically ship within 1–2 business days.

• Made-to-Order: Please allow 1 - 2 weeks for your order to be cut and sewn before it is dispatched.

• Note: If your order contains both Ready-to-Ship and Made-to-Order items, the entire order will ship together once the handmade items are complete.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

We primarily ship via USPS Ground Advantage. For those who need their items sooner, we also offer an upgrade to Priority Mail (2–3 day transit).

International Shipping

We currently only ship to the USA & Canada. More countries coming soon-ish.

• Customs & Duties: Please be aware that customers are responsible for any local customs duties, taxes, or VAT fees incurred upon arrival in your country.

• Gifts: Per federal regulations, we are unable to mark international parcels as "Gifts." All packages will be labeled accurately for customs.

Track Your Order

Once your label is created, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the carrier to scan the package and update the status.
