For what you will pay for this tasteful, handmade, heirloom piece, you will be pressed to find a Dorothy costume that will look as chic or last more than a few wearings. This way, my little one can be Dorothy on Halloween, Thanksgiving, Easter, or Tuesday. It worked great as her costume, but it’s not a costume, rather a very REAL, lovely dress. It’s a no-brainer…***I went with the 5 for my 3 year old for a longer length and some room to grow into next spring and summer.
